Before you call
Do I have to replace everything at once?
No. Most clients start with one piece — usually WiFi or cameras — and add doors, phones, or signage later. Because it's all the same platform, adding a system later doesn't mean a second controller, a second app, or a second cabling project.
Are there monthly fees?
Not for the UniFi software or for video storage — recording is local to your NVR and management is included with the hardware. The only recurring costs are things that are inherently recurring: your internet service, phone numbers and calling minutes for VoIP, and whatever level of ongoing support plan you choose with us. Those plans start at $99 a month; see managed service plans.
Can you take over a UniFi system someone else installed?
Yes, and we do it often. We'll audit what's there, document it, correct the configuration issues we find, and either fix the existing design or tell you honestly what needs to be replaced. After that, a managed IT plan can keep it running.
Do you run the cabling too?
We do. Cat6/Cat6a runs, fiber between buildings or IDFs, rack and patch panel work, terminations, testing, and labeling. A network is only as good as the cable underneath it, and this is where most cheap installs fall apart. More on structured cabling.
How does remote access work for cameras and doors?
You get a secure login that works from your phone or any browser — live views, recorded footage, door activity, and the ability to unlock a door or revoke a credential remotely. Footage stays on your equipment; you're not streaming it to a third party's servers.
Do you work with homes as well as businesses?
Yes. Larger homes, properties with outbuildings or shops, and anyone who wants real coverage instead of a mesh kit from a big-box store. The same equipment and the same design process apply.

We're based in Lascassas and serve Murfreesboro, Smyrna, La Vergne, Lascassas, Christiana, Eagleville, Rockvale, Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, Nolensville, Spring Hill, Columbia, Mt. How do I get a price?
Start with a free site survey: we walk the building, then send a written quote for the install. Book the survey or call (615) 439-5260. Ongoing management is priced up front, from $99 a month, on the managed service plans page. For a typical small office (a gateway, two WiFi access points, a PoE switch and four cameras), most installs come in between $2,500 and $5,000, hardware included. The low end reuses cable that is already there; the high end runs new cable. Management at that size is the $99 Monitor plan.
Do you help with NIST audits or grant security requirements?
Yes. We get nonprofits, businesses and defense suppliers ready for State of Tennessee NIST 800-53 audits, federal and HUD grant security rules, and NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC. See NIST security compliance.
